How a booking with Golf Star Bali works, what the price covers, how you pay, and what happens if your plans change.

How booking works

1. You tell us

   Message us on WhatsApp or send the form with your course, your date and how many players you are.

2. We check the tee time

   We contact the golf club, check that your slot is free and send you the exact total price.

3. You confirm and pay

   We send you our bank details. Your tee time is held for you once the payment arrives.

4. We pick you up

   On the day your driver collects you at your hotel and brings you back after the round.

What the price covers

• Hotel pickup and drop-off
• Green fee for 18 holes
• Golf cart
• A caddie for every player
• Bottled water and soft drinks
• Help with your booking from start to finish

Prices are per player. Solo golfers are welcome — the single supplement is already included in the solo column.

Anything that is not on the list above — club and shoe rental, food and drinks at the clubhouse, extra services — is not included. Ask us and we will add it to your quote.

Where we pick you up

Hotel pickup and drop-off are part of the price. These are the areas we cover:

The surcharge is per car, not per player — four of you staying in Canggu pay the same US$10 as one.

Staying somewhere else — Gianyar, Bedugul, Munduk, Amed, Candidasa or Lovina? We do not run a transfer from there. Tell us where you are and we will see what is possible.

Payment

Cancellations and refunds

Times are counted from your tee time in Bali local time (WITA, UTC+8). Send your cancellation to us on WhatsApp or by email — the moment your message reaches us is the moment that counts.

Changing your date or your course

You can move your booking to another date, or switch to another course, free of charge — as long as a slot is available. Tell us as early as you can and we will check with the club. If you switch to a course with a different price, we settle the difference either way.

Rain and weather

Bali is tropical and most showers pass in minutes. If the club stops play, the golf club's own weather policy decides what happens next — a rain check for another day, a shortened round, or a refund of the green fee from the club. We stay with you, deal with the club on your behalf and pass on whatever they offer.

Late arrival

Tee times are fixed by the golf club. If you are not ready at the agreed pickup time, your driver will wait and we will try to move you to a later slot, but the club may refuse and the round can be lost. Please be in the lobby on time.
