About the course
Links golf above the Indian Ocean
New Kuta Golf is a true links course — the first in Indonesia — built on sandy soil high on the Pecatu cliffs. Fairways run between native trees, long grass and creepers, and the Indian Ocean is beside you for most of the round.
It works for strong players and holiday golfers alike: the layout rewards good shots, and your caddie reads the greens for you. The 16th opens onto the bay — keep your phone in the cart.
The 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by Ronald Fream, David Dale and Kevin Ramsey. The clubhouse restaurant looks over the 9th and 18th greens.

How much is a round at New Kuta Golf?
US$150 per player for 2–6 players, US$170 for a solo golfer and US$140 per player for groups of 7 or more. The price includes hotel pickup and drop-off, the green fee for 18 holes, a golf cart, a caddie for every player and drinks.
What is the dress code at New Kuta Golf?
A collared polo shirt, tailored shorts or trousers and golf shoes with soft spikes. No denim, sleeveless tops, beach shorts, sandals or metal spikes.
Can I rent clubs at New Kuta Golf?
Yes. The club rents full sets and golf shoes. Tell us your height and whether you play right or left handed, and we reserve a set and add the rental to your quote.
When is the best time to play New Kuta?
Early morning is the coolest and quietest. A late-afternoon tee time gives you the sunset over the ocean.
